What Microsoft and Inaipi offer?

Inaipi uses Microsoft Teams as a Client to help customers increase productivity while ensuring security. We embed the features of our core INSYNC (CPaaS), INCARE (CCaaS), and INFUSE (UCX) services in Microsoft Teams so that the user does not have to maneuver behind different applications. Most business customers use MS Teams to arrange meetings and call MS Teams users. Avaya CPaaS integration is an added advantage for customers to utilize the work from home or outside the office. At Inaipi, we leverage Avaya CPaaS with Microsoft 365 to enable users to securely make, receive and manage external calls from within the MS Teams application. Any device can be used to make or receive inbound and outbound calls, such as a mobile phone, desk phone, or laptop. Calls can be made from anywhere, at any time. This makes it an apt solution for enterprises that are currently operating or are looking to adopt flexible, virtual, and agile working methodologies.
