Customer Survey

Customer Survey Module (CSM) is a multi-level application that conducts an automated post-call survey to analyze customer service quality and customer satisfaction. The module auto-initiates on call completion and directs the call to Avaya IPOCC IVR through an enabled integration. IVR conducts a scripted survey over a call, and input is processed and stored as reports in the CSM database.
